× Nurp's draw is based on documentation from UEFA. The teams are divided into six pots depending on their previous records. Pot 1 contains the strongest teams, pot 2 the second stronges and so on. No team can play any other team from the same pot. The simulation starts with pot 1, then continues with pot 6, 5, 4, 3 and finishes with pot 2.

Special conditions:
* Centralisation of rights by UEFA: For TV reasons, England, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands will be drawn into groups of 6 teams.
* Political situation: Based on decisions taken by the UEFA Executive Committee, Azerbaijan and Armenia; as well as Spain and Gibraltar will not be drawn in the same group.
